Our program is a thorough and intensive course designed to produce a safe, confident and competent pilot. During our program you will learn about glider aerodynamics, meteorology, thermal flying, flight maneuvers, and emergency procedures. The program is a combination of classroom instruction and actual flying while being coached by an instructor through radio communication. We focus on building your launching, landing and flight techniques through intensive ground handling, stationary winch and pay out tow rig towing. You will also get some instructional tandem flights. The course length is variable, the average student should expect to spend 7 to 12 days with us. After the completion of the course you will have acquired the skill and knowledge to fly without direct instructor supervision at certain sites, and conditions. This is the start of your Paragliding career, typically the students purchases their own equipment at this point. You will have the greatest success learning to paraglide if you can immerse yourself in the course and then continue flying or kiting. Private lessons are also available and our fees are structured on an individual basis.
